The bottom end is the pain in the ass with h22s. The cylinder walls have an frm coating which means you cannot run forged pistons without sleeving the block.

Supercharger and turbocharger kits are widely available. Some guys will run an F22 block with a H22 head to avoid the weak H22 bottom end cylinder sleeves as well. My understanding is when those sleeves give out, the bottom end is pretty well toast, but never had to deal with that myself.
